Regency Tea Party

2025 was the 250th anniversary of the birth of Jane Austen & the museum celebrated with our ‘Pride & Patronage’ exhibition.
 
We have welcomed over 850 visitors, and to round off the season we hosted a Regency tea party to encourage more visitors and to raise funds for next year’s exhibition. The event was held on Saturday 11th October in Thomas Hughes Memorial Hall Uffington.

As you can see from the pictures below, it was a splendidly elegant event!
