St Mary's Church Records

St Mary's Church today
St Mary's Church Today
The museum holds some records from St Mary’s Church and records of churchyard surveys.

The churchyard survey was started by volunteers in 2002 based on a map drawn by W.S. Atkins in 1993.

The Museum had a copy of the work that Violet Howse had carried out ten years earlier and now holds a full list and map of the principle graves and their inscriptions.
